WHEELSMART RIMS warrants its parts to be free of defects in regard to materials and workmanship. Moreover, Wheelsmart Rims sole obligation is limited to replace, repair or refund the purchase price of the item at the company’s discretion.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty for all Refurbished OEM (Factory) Wheels
  • One Year Warranty for all Chrome Plated aluminum factory Wheels
  • One Year Warranty for all Replica Wheel Replacements

Damage from the wrongful application of the part(s), including, but not limited to normally worn part(s), damage caused by road hazards, misuse, gravel, debris, adjustments or neglect, lack of proper maintenance, accident, unusual operation, alteration or removal of the part(s), shall not be considered part of our warranty.

Warranties do not include costs from part(s) removal, installation, and consequential damages.

Quality

The Reconditioning Process

First, we have hundreds of take-off Nissan OEM wheels (original equipment manufacturer or 'factory wheels' for short), from all brands, delivered to our wheel shops almost daily. We choose a selection of Nissan Pickup wheels for refinishing.

Our techs submit the used take-off stock wheels to a series of stress tests to find their structural integrity, their true center, and their tolerance, to ensure the rims will operate and balance to factory and safety specs.

If any of the stock rims show a crack or any severe defect, they are immediately scrapped or recycled.

When our Quality Control (QC) techs, approve a Nissan Pickup wheel for reconditioning, they will proceed to remove the previously used wheel finish. We acid-wash them and prepare the wheel surface for refinishing.

Refinishing a Factory OEM Wheel

We refinish OEM rims by applying the original factory color. Our finishers input the color code generated by GM into a computerized colorizer to obtain the right tint. Consequently, we colorize the wheel by applying powder or liquid last-generation coating.

Finally, we cover the wheel surface with a clear coating to maximize durability and protection to their finish.
