The Reconditioning Process
First, we receive hundreds of take-off Mercedes OEM wheels (original equipment manufacturer or 'factory wheels' for short), from all brands, delivered to our wheel shops almost daily. We choose a selection of Mercedes E350 wheels for refinishing.
Our techs submit the used take-off stock wheels to a series of stress tests to find their structural integrity, their true center, and their tolerance, to ensure the rims will operate and balance to factory and safety specs.
