Here you are looking at one 18 x 8" Cadillac factory OEM wheel with 5 x 115 mm bolt pattern. For your verification, this stock rim has Cadillac OEM part# 23229840, corresponding to Hollander 4704.
We've reconditioned this stock rim with a Machined w/ Silver inlets. We offer it completely reconditioned to Like New by technicians from our network of wheel shops. We have listed all available choice of finishes listed above.
Quality
The Reconditioning Process
First, we receive hundreds of take-off Cadillac OEM wheels (original equipment manufacturer or 'factory wheels' for short), from all brands, delivered to our wheel shops almost daily. We choose a selection of Cadillac ATS wheels for refinishing.
Our techs submit the used take-off stock wheels to a series of stress tests to find their structural integrity, their true center, and their tolerance, to ensure the rims will operate and balance to factory and safety specs. In fact, if any of the stock rims show a crack or any severe defect, they are immediately scrapped or recycled.
When our Quality Control (QC) techs, approve the Cadillac ATS rims for sale to be reconditioned, they will proceed to remove the previous used wheel finish. We acid-wash them and prepare the wheel surface for refinishing.
Refinishing a Factory OEM Wheel
We refinish OEM rims by applying the original factory color. Our finishers input the color code generated by Cadillac into a computerized colorizer to obtain the right tint. Consequently, we colorize the wheel by applying powder or liquid last-generation coating. Finally, we cover the wheel surface with a clear coating to maximize durability and protection to their finish.
